Washer:
The washer with reasonable machine configuration,
convenient adjustment, wide range adapting, consummate lubricating, beautiful
shape.
All material meet the requirements of food hygiene, and
the tube of departing water SETS adopted imported stainless steel quick
connection-peg. Adopted wearable waterproof material POM, sealing parts adopted
silica gel material, wearable and ozone-proof.
Spraying inside and outside of bottles, adopted imported
cone spray nozzle, equipped down gathering water tray and above water tray in
washing bottle area, equipped stainless steel shield in washing bottle area,
preventing washed water spilling.

Filling

Capper
Safe, clean and reliable capping
After introducing advanced capping technologies of
magnetic force clutch abroad, the high-speed capping and product safety are
well accomplished by accurate and reliable torque adjustment.
The screw at the bottle neck is thoroughly washed before
being capped, to eliminate the remained liquid that would spoil and create
mildew during stock.
Caps handler is located in the top of capper and there is
a venting device of inverse caps in the outlet of caps handler. Handling and
conveying caps are controlled automatically, no bottle no cap and it will stop
when no caps.
